A sudden movement amongst the leaves caught my eye while walking down the Mt Faber Road. Three of these birds flew in and out of the foliage silently. They were big and they had interesting markings on their feathers. They never made a sound and caught off guard, I did not have time to perfect my camera settings. The images are not as sharp as they should be. They are just records of my first encounter with such beautiful creatures.
